“My Name is Elvira Dodic, and I started working for Magle PharmaCept as a Business Development Manager in December 2023.
My role currently involves growing DSM’s business portfolio, focusing on SmartPAN, identifying and scaling new business opportunities and taking responsibility for the commercial relationship with the customer and driving business growth. I enjoy this challenge in Germany and also internationally”.

I support everyone in their development, but personal responsibility and motivation must come from within. I always say I show them the first steps, but how they proceed from there is up to them. Trust is crucial here; a lack of trust inhibits positive development”.

Trust in your abilities and you will succeed. Be Always positive.
It’s hard to believe, but although I live next to a river here in Frankfurt, I have a license for a sailboat as well as a motorboat. I’m still a beginner, of course, but I love the water.
I would certainly have more opportunities in Malmö!
