About Matthias Lorenz Research Award

First donated in 2012 by PharmaCept and endowed with 3,000 euros, the award is presented every year to scientists for outstanding work in the field of regional tumour therapy.

The award honours young scientists for their achievements in the research of pharmacokinetic and/or other basic processes as well as for objectively comprehensible clinical therapeutic success in all forms of locoregional tumour therapy, in particular in the optimisation of regional chemotherapy.
