Could you introduce yourself and your role at Magle Group?
“My name is Maryam and my role as a process chemist at Magle Chemoswed is in production manufacturing. I’m involved in producing innovative high-quality products at work together with my colleagues.
Magle group is the place where I want to work. Creativity and innovation are core company values, which makes me enthusiastic and excited to be part of the Magle family”.
Magle values, what aspect of the company’s values matches most with yours? And how is your role aligned with the Magle aspiration to make a positive impact?
“In my opinion, innovation in life science has a direct impact on patient life quality and I have always wanted to be involved in it. Team collaboration is also another value that I believe is fundamental when it comes to my area of expertise in production and an important fact to achieve great results.
Safety requirements and production quality are the 2 main players that my team and I focus on in our daily work. I joined the Magle group recently, so I can say that I am still in the learning phase. However, I have very good experience in the pharma production area, and I am willing to expand my experience and build on what I have by being involved in new areas of production here in Magle”.
She added; “In my work, even a small change can significantly impact the entire process. It’s a continuous learning journey where adapting and staying alert are essential skills.
I feel confident and empowered because I received all the help and support, I needed to integrate with the Magle group teams. From day one, I experienced a warm and welcoming environment, and I was provided with the tools I needed to familiarize myself with the processes. This has helped me feel comfortable and even more productive”.

Could you share a fact about your experiences or interests that might surprise our audience?
“I am more like to be a home person; I enjoy spending time with my family and my 2 kids.
I like to travel and travel and exploring new countries, hardly do that now with small kids at home but, I am still dreaming of doing it again soon! “
Is there a piece of advice you’d like to share with young professionals aspiring to make their mark in the industry?
“My advice to the new professionals joining Magle is not to be afraid or worried because everyone is welcome with open arms, no matter who you are. Whether you come from different backgrounds, have different experiences, or studied different subjects. You are going to feel like you fit in, like a puzzle. Don’t be afraid to be yourself.”
